But it seems that the doubts did not last long: After 3 minutes I thought: “Oh Mary Magdalene, for the love of God, stop it now!” It’s your cousin’s wedding, with your family! And because I wore the dress of my choice, shrunk my belly, straightened my hair that my parents gave me, and put on sandals that hurt my feet to say the least!
“And I felt good! I always have to keep in mind that we don’t have to conform to other people’s tastes, that we will never please everyone and no one is better than my cousin to accompany me on this mission!
