NOut of town, the speed limit in Spain is the same as in Portugal: 90 km/h. However, this driver you see in the photo above was caught speeding 206 km/h.
According to the Spanish General Directorate of Traffic, the driver exceeded the limit by 116 km/h and could be punished with an arrest warrant for three to six months, in addition to being without a license for one to four years.
