Third edition of MEO Kalorama Returns to Parque da Bela Vista on August 29, 30 and 31 Music poster.

Nigerian superstar Burna Boy, who turned Afrobeats into a global music phenomenon, closed out the third day of MEO Kalorama, August 31, with a celebration of his mix of dance, hip-hop, R&B and Afrobeat. On the same day, Ray, winner of the 2024 Brit Award, will perform songs from her first album, “My 21st Century Blues.”

Joining these are headliners on the final day of the festival and already confirmed Yard Act and Ana Moura, Soulwax, pioneers of electro-techno; Yves Tomor, whose experimental style considers centrifugal electronica, post-punk sounds, glam, and perhaps soul, why not pop; Argentine indie sextet Bandalos Chinos; Claudia Pascual, Portuguese singer and author of Nasque Maria, who performs her “strange” show; In addition to the classics, dEUS is expected to present the 2023 album “How To Replace It”; Brazilian singer, songwriter and visual artist Luisa Lien; and South African Moonchild Sanelly, who sings in Xhosa and English, and describes her music as “ghetto punk of the future.”
