Moon & Sun Hotels owner buys land from Valinor and invests 10 million in Gaia
The MS Group, which has been highly focused on the hotel sector in Portugal, is now moving forward with the construction of Avenida Premium, a nine-storey residential complex, consisting of 32 apartments, in the main artery of the city that embraces Porto through six bridges.
With two four-star hotels, operating under the Moon & Sun brand, located in the historic centers of Porto and Braga, and a five-star MS Group, which is about to open in Aveiro, MS Group is now strengthening its bets in real estate development, with Construction of Avenida Premium, condominium in Gaia, with an investment of 10 million euros.
“Located on Avenida da República, near the Santo Ovídio metro station, the Avenida Premium condominium has nine floors and includes 32 apartments distributed according to models from T1 to T3 + 1, with dimensions ranging from 58.3 to 180,6 square metres,” MS Group describes, In a statement, without disclosing the sale prices of the homes.
To Negócios, an official source from MS Group revealed that the land where Avenida Premium is being built has been acquired from Valinor, a real estate company based in Braga.
