There is traffic chaos in a snowstorm on the E22 motorway between Hørby and Kristianstad in Skane in southern Sweden. Traffic was at a standstill all day and a large queue had built up.
The worst part is the stretch between Ekerödsrasten and Hörby. Motorists have been stuck there since morning.
according to Express Up to 1,000 cars could remain stuck in the queue.

– It's terrible. “It is an estimate from our colleagues on the basis that there may be much more than we initially thought,” police spokeswoman Evelina Olsson told the newspaper.
Shortly before 8 p.m., police reported that more than 300 cars were still stuck. Just before 10 a.m., a police spokesman said there might be more.
– There can be up to 1000 vehicles.
Even police cars remained stuck for several hours. The police, emergency services, Horby municipality and the Swedish Defense Forces have now begun evacuating motorists.
