Presenter Barbara Guimarães should be congratulated and received with a touching text.

This Friday, the 21st, Barbara Guimarães celebrates its fiftieth anniversary. On the Instagram profile of the presenter, a text signed by her mother, Isabel Amorim, was published.

“My dear first daughter, we were girls and we grew up together. You were my wild girl, always full of energy and fresh ideas. And suddenly, all of a sudden, you looked at the little screen and there you were doing the newscast and, in a flash, in front of ‘Chuva de Estrelas’. And the other programs followed.”, mother remembers Barbara GuimarãesThe letter is illustrated with three old photos of a mother and daughter.

“You are unstoppable,” adds Isabel Amorim, “you lived with creative energy, you wrote and edited unforgettable new formats: ‘The Orient’, ‘Terceiro Elemento’, ‘Páginas Soltas’… You have won awards for beauty and work”.

“50 glorious years, full of life and undertakings. And moments of pain and suffering gave you more strength and more desire for new adventures. And I, your mother, leave you my word here: pride. And all my greatest love, Mother Isabel,” concludes the presenter’s mother.
