This Wednesday’s epidemiological bulletin (21) brought the record of one recent death that Covid-19 was a confirmed cause.

The death of a 76-year-old man, who died on July 15, was also suffering from neurological and cardiovascular diseases.

Today’s bulletin also confirmed 27 new infections with the Corona virus in Moriai. The breakdown by age group was as follows:

Vaccination – On Thursday (21), there will be a vaccination only to apply a second dose of Astrazeneca immunizing agent.

Anyone who is already on the date of receipt, must attend one of the five reference UBSs (Dornelas, Padre Tiago, Planalto, Primavera and São Francisco), from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. It is necessary to present the CPF and vaccine card with proof of the first dose.

The Municipal Health Department is waiting for more doses to arrive in Muriaé to resume the first application calendar. The expectation is that 34-year-olds can be vaccinated starting Friday, the 23rd.
