To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the launch of Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – brings together the three games that led to the genre: Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition brings new GTAV-inspired controls, graphics and environmental improvements (better resolution of harmonies, more realistic lighting and weather) and many more new features. These improvements bring the iconic cities of Liberty City, Vice City and San Andreas to the latest platforms, while upgrading them to a new generation of fans while respecting the experience that the original games offer.

Originally developed by Rockstar Games, the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was adapted by Grove Street Games to fit current platforms using the Unreal Engine. The three games in this version also offer platform-based enhancements such as the ability to change the viewing angle, move the camera and move menus through the touchscreen, and the Nintendo Switch, which is capable of up to 60 fps, using the Kiro aimed at 4K resolution. Support for Nvidia DLSS technology on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and PC.

Starting today, players who benefit from the Xbox Game Pass will have access to Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition, while Grand Theft Auto III – The Definitive Edition will arrive on PlayStation Now on December 7th.
