“I never thought in my athletic career that I would live what I lived.

I come from a humble background and have always viewed football as a combination of what I love to do and an opportunity to change my life. Basically, I am yet another example of a humble kid who always wanted to live the dream.

Throughout last season, they have always shown me a complete openness to moving me on and allowing me to live this dream. The truth is that now that the proposal has arrived, the conversation has changed drastically. I am completely disappointed and devastated by the false promises.
