For many years, the scientific knowledge produced in Brazilian universities was limited only to the intellectual environment. Society, in turn, was at the mercy of “political obscurantism”, lacking a light to guide them in decision-making. This behavior ended up allowing the emergence of politicians who are not committed to society and democracy, whose goals and objectives are guided by the interests of a part of the population.

For this, knowledge should be available to everyone.
