Post Malone, Anitta, Jason Derulo and HMB Confirmed at Rock in Rio Lisboa 2022 – Showbiz

Post Malone, Anitta, Jason Derulo, and HMB are the latest confirmations for the ninth edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa and take to the world stage on June 26, 2022, the last day of the festival starting on the 18th at Parque da Bela Vista, in Lisbon.

“What is expected to be the most epic release ever becomes (even) more desirable with each new confirmation, allowing fans to put an end to a two-year wait – wait, it will be worth it,” the organization asserts in the statement, adding that “on June 26, 2022 Cidade do Rock will jump to the sound of ‘Sunflower’, ‘Psycho’ or ‘Rockstar’ to shut down Rio Lisboa’s Ninth Edition Rock in a big way.”

Global rap phenomenon and one of Spotify’s most popular artists, Post Malone, hit the world stage for the first time on the same day that the Brazilian artist was named by Billboard USA as one of the world’s 15 most influential people on social media. By Anitta, whose new album contains (Girl From Rio) is already on two singles – “Me Gusta,” in partnership with Cardi B and Myke Towers, and “Girl From Rio,” produced by the duo Stargate,” recalls Rock in Rio.

Jason Derulo, the voice of topics like “Savage Love,” “Want to Want me,” or “Trumpets,” makes his City of Rock debut on the same day and promises to “put the audience dancing to the beat of all of his songs, the famous choreographies of TikTok.”

The ninth edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa has been rescheduled for June 18, 19, 25 and 26, 2022, at Parque da Bela Vista. In addition to the names confirmed today, the Foo Fighters, The National, Liam Gallagher (June 18, 2022), Duran Duran, a-ha, Xutos & Pontapés, and Bush (June 25, 2022) have also been featured on the World Stage poster.
