Also starting today, you can enjoy Rocket League on PlayStation 5 at 120fps. A new “Video Quality” setting will be added to the video settings menu, allowing players to select quality or performance modes.

Thus, the quality mode offers 4K resolution at 60 frames per second with HDR. For HDR, this requires an HDR10 compatible display and an HDMI 2.0 or higher cable. Also, a 4K compatible monitor is required for the 4K experience. If you are using a 1080p screen, the game will be converted to 1080p with 4K Ultra HD sampling

In performance mode, the game will run at 2688 x 1512 resolution, which is 70% of 4K resolution, but at 120 frames per second with HDR.
