Moldova is the next victim of the hybrid war waged by the West against Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in a statement on Thursday.

Hybrid warfare is a combination of conventional military operations and other means such as cyber attacks, terrorism and sabotage. It allows the attacking party to hide its presence behind it, according to what he said Norwegian Defense Research Institute.
Lavrov also accuses the European Union of becoming an “aggressive political project.”
In April, the European Union decided to help Moldova build its defense against Russian influence, by providing it with strategic advice.
