Sarah Carrera died on December 5, 2020, at the age of 21, in a car accident on the A1 motorway. He was driving the car that was followed by her friend, Evo Lucas, who survived the disaster.
In her honor, the Sarah Carrera Association was created, which aims to help young people pursue their dreams in the professional field. The association has the support of many well-known faces, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Georgina Rodriguez and Miguel Oliveira.
