DrAfter the news that Dani Alves – accused of sexual assault – paid one million euros – the amount stipulated by the Barcelona court – to release him on conditions, Sarah Pradas commented on the topic on Instagram.
“Regarding the case of Dani Alves. Let us not be surprised that he paid a million euros to be free after raping a woman. This is the principle of all justice: money. And in the sexist society in which we live, whose justice system is cruelly patriarchal, with laws made by men to defend men, none of this can be surprising,” he began by saying in his stories page on the social network.

The actress then referred to “some articles of the Penal Code in short and bold words.”
“Batting a woman can be punished for life with imprisonment for between one and five years. Rape of a woman can be punished with imprisonment for between one and six years. Having sex with children can be punished with imprisonment for between one and eight years. Stealing can be punished with “Someone can be punished with imprisonment for a period of one to eight years, or three to 15 years in some cases. Drug trafficking can be punished with imprisonment for a period of four to 12 years or five to 15 years in some cases. Well,” he stressed, “let's stop here”.
