He explains that companies’ success in this field comes from well-designed strategies, not “natural talent.” It’s a matter of training, iteration, and constant innovation, he says. He is also the founder of Sales as a systemwhich works with the sales leverage through regulation.
He said that although Brazil has a favorable sales scenario, it is still “in its early stages” in these operations. “Without a sales culture, we would do well, imagine when we develop this.”It occurs when comparing the Brazilian business world to the business world in other countries.
