Selling is science, says G4 Educação teacher

João Luís Oliverio spoke to PodSonhar about the strategies companies need to achieve sales success.

Joao Luiz OliverioG4 Educação's mentor spoke to: Podsonhar On turning sales practice into a science. He explains that companies’ success in this field comes from well-designed strategies, not “natural talent.” It’s a matter of training, iteration, and constant innovation, he says. He is also the founder of Sales as a systemwhich works with the sales leverage through regulation.

He said that although Brazil has a favorable sales scenario, it is still “in its early stages” in these operations. “Without a sales culture, we would do well, imagine when we develop this.”It occurs when comparing the Brazilian business world to the business world in other countries.

To be successful in sales, some questions are necessary, according to him:

  • What problem does the company solve?
  • Who do I sell to?
  • How do I make sure it's right for the client?
