The “Vinhedo Sangue Bom” project, in partnership with Hemocentro and Vinhedo City Hall of Unicamp, will carry out another blood donation campaign on Friday (12). Collection will take place from 8:30 am to 12 pm at the Ciprovi (Avenida Independencia, 5407 – Jardim Alba).
The initiative aims to cooperate in treating patients who need blood transfusions for their recovery.
Those wishing to donate blood can register via the link: https://bit.ly/4cP2Hx1scheduled at a preferred time to avoid crowds. It is also necessary to present a photo ID (RG or CNH) and confirm the full address of the residence.
If a person interested in donating has had a fever, or even flu-like symptoms, in the past 14 days, they should avoid donating. If there is any impediment to being present at the scheduled time, cancellations or rescheduling are requested by 4pm on the date prior to 12/06, so that another donor can be found and thus have no impact on the stock.
The blood donation procedure is simple, fast and completely safe. There is no risk to the donor, as none of the materials used in blood collection are reused, eliminating any possibility of contamination. The collection process is coordinated by the Unicamp Blood Center team.

– Be in good health and between the ages of 18 and 69. Young people aged 16 and over can now donate if they have permission from their guardian;

– You have not had major surgery within six months and have not had minor surgery within three months;
– Weight more than 50 kg;
– The maximum frequency is four annual blood donations for men and three annual blood donations for women;
The minimum period between blood donations is two months for men and three months for women.
