The development of Prata Riverside Village, in Marvilla, Lisbon, has attracted such high demand that 80% of the 350 apartments on the market have already been sold, reports Re/Max Group, one of the real estate agencies responsible for marketing this Thursday.

The project of the Italian architect Renzo Piano, winner of the Pritzker Prize in 1998, consists of several buildings, with an investment estimated at 400 million euros. The cheapest apartments – T0 with a total area of ​​​​42.4 square meters – cost 285 thousand euros. T4 with an area of ​​246.5 square meters cost 1.9 million euros.

Of the 175 apartments that have already been completed — in the The One, Riverside and West buildings — only five are still for sale.
