According to The Independent, both services are down and many countries are affected by this failure.
According to the same publication, the failure is likely related to a problem with the underlying infrastructure of all platforms, since the outage occurred at the same time.
The first to announce the problem was Spotify through their Twitter account.

Later, Snapchat also denounced the issue, and advised its users to stay in touch.

The issue, which also affected Discord, will begin at 5 p.m. this Tuesday.
