Summary: Episode 154 – July 29 (Thursday)

Ruggiero is upset because the door to the barbershop has been vandalized. Sandra arrives and asks who did that. Lucas tells her it’s her fault and the two argue. Lucas talks about his brother and Sandra tells him she is taking him to see Vasquinho.

Romeo arrived late, but left when he saw Anselmo. He hands Louis his terms of the contract and Angela gives them the contracts to read and sign. Louis signs, and Rebecca Sophia hesitates, but she ends up signing the contract. Angela goes to make two cups of coffee, puts powder in one of them, turns the cups over and delivers them to Anselmo. They are toast to the success of Marcio and Shakira.

Anselmo is so nervous, he remembers the moment Kajo told him he was going to kill Melanie. He tries to communicate with Mel but without success, summons his strength and speeds up his pace.

Linda opens the door for Anselmo. He tells Linda, angry, that it was Kaju who tried to kill Melanie on the day of the party. He says he remembered Kaju confessing everything while visiting him. Anselmo is short of breath, loses consciousness and dies, and Linda panics when she realizes he’s dead.

Sandra and Lucas look affectionately at baby Vasco. Lucas thanks Sandra for letting her brother see it. The two smile knowingly.

Bruno entered the house in shock. He tries to revive Anselmo. Bruno tells Linda that he is dead, and Linda can barely speak. Mélanie enters the house, Leandro plays guitar and smiles at her. Excited, she takes Linda’s call, listens to what her mother says, and her smile fades.

Romeo apologizes to Angela for leaving in the morning and says it is still difficult to face his father, she understands and says she thinks Anselmo will not get back into trouble so quickly.

Melanie looks at Anselmo’s body and cries. Seraphim enters and says they need to take the body and GNR needs to talk to them.

Rogerio is happy to see Sandra and Lucas get together. Amadeo arrives and talks about Anselmo’s death, Sandra leaves. Lucas asks what happened.

Vitor questions Rebecca Sofia about the publisher’s contract, she says she has read everything and everything is fine. Lewis talks about the money they’ll make and Ruth feels cold about him.

Lord speaks ill of Anselmo and Katya tells him to shut up. Leandro is affectionate with Mélanie, who says he hopes she and Anselmo spend more time together. Linda is angry, crying angrily. Linda takes a kitchen knife and runs away.

Julieta stands in the car and listens to Romeo’s music, gets out of the car, adjusts her clothes, gets nervous and takes a deep breath.

Kaju is very nervous and pressures Angela, feeling himself exploding. Angela tells him to be quiet, get up, leave the office and meet Linda.
