Patrícia Calvário has arrived at Teleperformance, a company providing digital integration services, to take on the role of Head of Human Resources (CHRO) in Portugal.
With a professional career in various industries – textile, retail, automotive and ophthalmology – the person in charge has over 20 years of experience managing people in multinational companies.
With the aim of contributing to the growth of Teleperformance in Portugal, the new CHRO intends to continue ensuring the personal and professional development of its employees and, at the same time, strengthening the attraction and retention of talent.
She started her career at Inditex Group, where she worked as a Human Resources Manager for six years. Then he got to HP, where he held various HR positions over the course of five years. She also worked at SIVA (Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda importer) and before arriving at Teleperformance she was at Esilor, where she held the position of HR Manager Portugal and HR Manager EMEA.
Patricia Calvario has a degree in Human Resources Management and Strategic Organization from the Higher Institute of Agents and Management and also holds an Advanced Program in Human Resources from the Catholic University of Portugal.
