Journalists Teresa Seraphim, from PÚBLICO, and Rita Colaco, from Antena 1, won the The National Award for Innovation in Social Communication 2022, promoted by the National Agency for Innovation (Ani).

The National Prize for Innovation in Social Communication aims to recognize journalistic quality, highlighting the best works in the field of scientific and technological innovation developed in Portugal, or in partnership with national entities. The award ceremony took place this Friday, April 21, the date on which World Creativity and Innovation Day is celebrated, in Vila Nova de Gaia. The event included a lecture given by the international correspondent of the economist, Robert Lynn Green.
