Santa Clara has announced the signings of Adriano and Paolo Eduardo. Two Brazilian players have arrived from Cruzeiro to reinforce Mario Silva’s options.
Adriano, a 22-year-old midfielder, started his career in Resende, eventually moving to Cruzeiro in 2018. In all, he has added up to 96 games for the Brazilians, and is now heading to Santa Clara on a five-year contract.

Paolo Eduardo, the 20-year-old defender, made his debut in 2020 for Cruzeiro’s main team, making seven appearances for Belo Horizonte. In the Azores, where he signed a four-season contract, with another option, he will have his first experience in European football.
