This initiative is part of the work of the Municipal Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation, in partnership with the Brazilian Support Service for Small and Micro Enterprises (Sebrae), and with the participation of members of the Municipal Science, Technology and Innovation Forum. The city of Minas Gerais, the destination of the trip, is a world reference in this sector, as it is known as the “Valley of Electronics”.

During the visit to the city of Minas Gerais, the delegation visited the headquarters of the Municipal Innovation Program (Prointec), the Municipal Business Center, the Technical School of Electronics (ETE), the Center for Higher Education in Management, Technology and Education (FAI) and the National Telecommunications Institute, and got acquainted with the projects and companies incubated in the municipality.
