The high-cost pharmacy Atibaya has changed its address and, as of Monday (19), will operate on Brigadero José Vicente Faria Lima Street, No. 226, in the Central District. A nutrition center and Atibaia Administrative Pharmacy will also operate on site.

The new headquarters will operate the same hours from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The property is located next to the fire department base.

The service is responsible for providing high-cost medicines from the São Paulo State Government. Atibaia's high-cost pharmacy has about 5,000 active registered patients for drug delivery.

The dispatch of medicines for diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, glaucoma, dyslipidemia, diabetes, schizophrenia, colitis, Alzheimer's disease and Crohn's disease, among others, is standardized by the state and the Ministry of Health.

According to City Hall, the goal of the address change is to improve service in the new space.
