PSI-20 red with 15 shares down and Navigator down more than 6.5% - Bolsa

The rise of EDP Renováveis ​​and BCP takes PSI-20 to its pre-pandemic limit – Stock Exchange

The Lisbon Stock Exchange ended the session higher, recording a gain of 1.26% to 5,310.63 points, in line with major European markets. In today’s session, BCP and listed companies from the EDP group boosted the index, pushing the PSI-20 to its highest levels in February 2020, before the pandemic hit Portugal.

Of the 18 listed companies that make up the benchmark index of the National Stock Exchange, 13 companies ended the day up, 4 down and 1 unchanged.

EDP ​​Renováveis ​​topped the gains in Wednesday’s session, registering 4.13% to €21.70, reaching its highest level on February 11. The parent company, EDP, also ended the day in positive territory, with an increase of 2.15%, at 4,649 euros. Heavyweight BCP also gave strength to the index’s rise, gaining 3.77% to 12.67 cents. Jerónimo Martins finished the day at a maximum of 50 months, up 0.17% to €17.95.

The value of the CTT increased by 1.69%, at a price of 4,505 euros, and the builder Mota-Engil was up 1.52%, at 1,340 euros.

Galp oil was the only one of the five heavyweights to close the session in negative territory, giving 1.03% to 8,610 euros.

In a session in which only four companies listed in the red closed, Novabase gave 0.86% to 4.60 euros, Corticeira Amorim fell 0.35% to 11.50 euros, and Sonae fell 0.34% to 88.65 cents.

Outside of PSI-20, Greenvolt’s value is up 1.37%, quoted at €4,815, the most priced since it debuted on July 15th.
