In the UK, and the rest of the world, there are still no copies of Prince Harry’s book Spear, as it was only due to be released next Tuesday 10 January. But in Spain it has already gone on sale.
On Thursday, a short excerpt from the book was published, in which Harry accused his brother William of assault. But this is just one of those that promise a lot of controversy in the next few days, and there is more.
who managed to get it Access to the bookhas already described the biggest disagreements that Harry promised to stir up with the royal family.
- Duke admits to using cocaine – stressing it ‘wasn’t much fun’
- Harry also claims to have killed 25 people in Afghanistan during his two tours of duty in the army.
- The Prince also notes that he asked his father not to marry Camilla – and his brother did the same
- Harry describes how King Charles III told him that his wife, Meghan, should not go to Balmoral after the Queen’s death
- Remember the moment when you learned that your mother, Princess Diana, had been in a car accident
- He mentions that he lost his virginity to an older woman, in a field behind a very busy tavern
- Controversy, where he accuses his brother William of overthrowing him during an argument over the Duchess of Sussex
Controversy is also the name Harry chose for the post’s title, Spear. According to the British press, it is about an old royal saying, “heir and alternate”. The first son is heir to titles, power, and wealth, and the second is thus a surrogate, if anything should happen to the first-born.
