The State Council for Science, Technology, Vocational and Technological Education (Consectet) will take office next Thursday (5), at a ceremony held in David Mufarrej Hall, Unama University Campus. The Council is made up of representatives from 26 institutions, including government government agencies and civil society organizations, and is chaired by the Department of Science, Technology, Higher Education, Vocational and Technological (Sectet).
On this occasion, the head of the community, Carlos Manche, will present Decree 1713/2021, which regulates legislation related to the sector and provides for the actions of state policy in science, technology and innovation. It will also talk about allocating at least 20% of the financial compensation resources for mineral resource exploitation (CFEM) for application in activities related to economic diversification, sustainable mineral development and scientific and technological development.
