The vaccination room at PAM is open on Saturdays for adults and children

The Immunization Center of Sems (Secretariat of the Municipality of Dourados), will again offer the vaccination against Covid-19 in the vaccination room of the PAM (Emergency Medical Care) on Saturday (26), between 8 am and 1 pm. The technicians in the sector call on parents and guardians of children between the ages of six months and under three years, who have comorbidities, to transfer their children to the first of the three doses intended for this age group.

Pfizer Baby Vaccines went into effect last week, and at this first moment, the immunization core is following Department of Health guidelines. To be immunized, parents must bring their children’s documents, including a report or certificate proving the child’s health status.

Sims on Friday (25) receive vaccinations for children between the ages of three and four, and are intended for the entire target audience, with and without comorbidities.

According to Edvan Marcelo Marquez, Director of the Vaccination Center, parents and guardians will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to be vaccinated. “We will also serve the entire adult population so that they can be updated on the vaccination schedule. The idea is that parents can take their children for vaccination and take the opportunity to protect themselves from COVID-19. Right now the focus is on vaccinating children up to three years of age, but we will have vaccines for people between the ages of six months and 100 years,” he adds.
