Three foods to cross off your grocery list that are bad for the brain

a Food can be a weapon or trigger for a wide range of health problems, and according to naturopathic physician Janine Boring, there are three very common types that are very harmful to the brain.

In a video posted on TikTok, Boring said ghee, pastries and supermarket biscuits are the foods he should eliminate from his diet. The expert draws attention to the fact that they all contain trans fats – the so-called “bad” fats.

He added: “If your children like to eat these things, you should take them out of the house because these foods have negatively affected their mental and learning abilities.”
