The Vice President for Education, Information and Communications (VPEIC) and Fiocruz Corporate Educator will promote the “Training People to Implement Open Science” discussion table on April 12, from 10 am to 12 pm, which will be broadcast on The company's YouTube channel.
The event will share the experiences of other educational and research institutions in training their specialists to apply open science. Lessons learned will be discussed and valuable advice about this process will be provided, highlighting the importance of collaborative learning among participants. The discussion panel is European training project specialist for Open Science, Antonia Correa, who works on PathOS, PATTERN, On-MERRIT, FIT4RRI, and FOSTERPlus through the University Office for the Management of Scientific Information and Repositories and Open Science do Minho (Portugal). .
On this occasion, the People Development Program (PDP) virtual community – the open science ecosystem and open access learning path – will be launched, the second in a series of four development actions that make up the programme.
