It appears that the Istanbul team has offered Rafa a three-year contract, with an annual salary of 2.5 million euros, in addition to a signing bonus of 3 million euros.
According to the same source, coach Okan Boruc is pushing for the striker's arrival to be completed, as he is also on the radar of important teams in Europe.
Rafa Silva is inclined to move to Qatar or Saudi Arabia, but he does not rule out continuing in European football. The 31-year-old Portuguese played 52 matches last season, scoring 22 goals and providing 15 assists.
