Użel: Poland wins with the rest of the world to say goodbye to Marek Cieślak.

The match at Rypnik was the 10th match of the Speedway Polish national team against the rest of the world. Just like two years ago, the Poles had a certain success.

Prior to the match, a special ceremony was held to thank former national team coach Marek Sielock for his work with the Speedway Polish national team in 2003, 2007-2020. During that time, the Poles won 13 medals, including seven medals at the World Team Championships.

– So glad you came to the ground today. This is 14 years of good work. I want to thank my players for the work they have done for me – said coach Marek Siallock during the presentation.

From the first race, Poland took the lead and the team lost in seventh place (1: 5). It was 43:23 after the 11th race and it was clear who would be first in this fight.

Bardos Smarslik did a great job on our national team. The world runner-up started from third place, but then adjusted and drove brilliantly. In his races, the Korshov player came to the finish line with a huge advantage over the rest of the stock. In the last race of the day, even when Smarslick came out low from the tapes, it only took him a few seconds to get ahead of the pack.

Coach Rafa Dobruki has not yet revealed which players will go to the Speedway of Nations final, but if he still has doubts before Saturday’s game, the meeting with the rest of the world will not remove them. McKeez Janowski and Dominic Kubera presented themselves comparatively.
