Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger played a central role in establishing diplomatic relations between Beijing and Washington during his reign.
China's ambassador to the United States, Xie Feng, pointed this out after Kissinger's death on November 29 at the age of 100.
– Ambassador Shih said that history will remember what the centenary contributed to the relationship between China and the United States.
