The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be equipped with a 6.73-inch 2K OLED display with curved edges and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will include an ultrasonic fingerprint reader built into the screen.
Expect it to arrive with HyperOS based on Android 14. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. You can count on a 5300 mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
