All of this generates a lot of criticism for Tesla, and recently the company’s CEO, Elon Musk, said that Tesla has “dug its grave” with the Cybertruck: “There will be enormous challenges in reaching volume production with the Cybertruck, and in the future.” “And then to make the Cybertruck cash flow positive,” Musk told analysts and investors on the company’s third-quarter earnings call last Wednesday, The Verge reported. But Musk confirms that Tesla will reach its goal of producing 250,000 Turkish cyber trucks annually starting in 2025, once the production problems it faces are resolved, after it was forced to use innovative production techniques.
