JLL has started the sale of the Colén residential project located in the Campo de Ourique neighborhood of Lisbon. The project includes 16 apartments of types T1 and T2. Of these, nearly half (7) are already booked.
According to a statement from JLL, which has the privacy of the sale, the project combines “a trace of traditional inspiration generated by the rehabilitation project with modern interiors in a youthful, disrespectful style.”
“The Campo de Ourique is an inevitable neighborhood on the map for those who want to live in Lisbon, since at the same time it is a residential and family destination par excellence, with all amenities within walking distance, it is also an indispensable point of social and social life: the A new project in this area, even more so with the distinctive character of Colin, is an opportunity not to be missed,” says Patricia Barau, JLL’s Head of Accommodation, in a statement. The official believes that the project “will have a very high sales percentage in the short term, given its characteristics, the range of apartments it offers and the demand that exists in the area.”
The project includes 12 T2 apartments, ranging in size from 79 to 88 square metres, and four T1 apartments “located on the third and final floor of the building and interspersed with traditional houses”. All fires have an outdoor space.
As for prices, Negócios discovered that the T1 ranges between 270 thousand and 320 thousand euros, while the T2 ranges between 420 thousand and 480 thousand euros.
