FC Porto president, Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, recently presented a renewed list to the club's Supreme Council, which includes several new features compared to the names previously presented in the last electoral law.

Jornal de Noticias, which reviewed the document, notes that one of the most notable changes is the departure of Rui Moreira, president of the Porto Chamber and former vice president of the advisory body. This position will now be held by Cardinal Américo Aguiar, a change that marks a turning point in the formation of this important body of the club.

Another notable absence is that of Prime Minister Luis Montenegro, who is not part of Pinto da Costa's proposal. On the other hand, the list includes new names, including doctors Fernando Bovoas, Leandro Masada, and José Martinez Soares. It is known that the latter was Pinto da Costa's opponent in the 1988 and 1991 elections.

According to information obtained by the newspaper, Eduardo Vitor Rodriguez, president of the Gaia Chamber, Manuel Pizarro, former Minister of Health, and Bragança Fernández, president of the Municipal Assembly of the City of Maya, will continue to serve as part of the Supreme Council under a new government.
