Parade of irreverent stars at the Met Gala in New York – Boiling

Freedom and boldness were once again the watchwords on the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York: from Kim Kardashian’s black mask, to Billie Eilish’s tribute to Marilyn Monroe, to the transparency of Zoe Kravitz or Kendall.

Actress Megan Fox, in a revealing red dress, was another figure that impressed and caught the attention of the paparazzi.

Also, 52-year-old Jennifer Lopez, very elegant, in a long dress and wide-brimmed hat, did not leave sensuality in the hands of others (or silhouettes).

On the other hand, Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey were distinguished not only by the sobriety of the black outfit but also for the bored air that the singer showed during most of the party. The Met Gala, officially called the Costume Institute Gala, is an annual fundraising gala for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Clashes characterize the event
While on the red carpet at the Met Gala, public figures were highlighted for disrespect, outside the event the spotlight was on the various protesters who gathered in front of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, where the party was held, in the name of the Black Lives Matter movement. The police reaction ended up with many protesters being detained by the authorities.

The Black Lives Matter movement aims to combat violence against blacks.
