Intelcia Portugal, a subsidiary of the Altice Group, will have 1,100 new employees on its staff as of tomorrow. These human resources will be at the service of 12 call centers in the process of close supply (foreign clients) from Portugal.
Since 2019, Intelcia has invested in its development in Portugal and today it is one of the main players in the field of customer service, employing about 6 thousand people in Portugal. This increase of 1,100 employees represents an investment in creating specialized jobs.
For Intelcia Portugal, one of the companies of the Altice Group, “This project represents a strengthening of Intelcia’s presence in the national and international market, as well as a catalyst for the Portuguese economy, with the aim of attracting new projects to the country.” In Portugal, Intelcia provides services to many domestic and international clients in various sectors of activity.
With more than 27,000 employees and 56 locations and presences in 17 countries, Intelcia will continue to expand, enhancing its multilingual skills and customer service, with new growth opportunities in Portugal and the other countries in which it operates.
