The desire to work with what he loves was the fuel for public school student, Emmanuel David de Almeida Santos, to win first place in a computer science course at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI). Emmanuel David, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Dyslexia, took the Technical Course in Computer Science concurrently at the State Center for Professional Education (CEEP) José Pacífico de Moura Neto, located in Bairro Novo Horizonte, in Teresina.

Curiosity for the world of computing was encouraged throughout his high school during his technical training. “The classes at CEEP José Pacífico were important to my choice of computer science. Everyone at the school always encouraged me, like Principal Doreenha and the IT teacher, Evelyn, who helped me learn the subjects in the area. I fell in love with it, because it was the course I wanted at UFPI.” He explained Emmanuel The professionals in my school do not abandon the students, provide all support with additional classes, psychological support, and the teachers are very attentive.
