Medical professionals and nurses from Tocantins will have the opportunity to participate in the training “Web-Seminar on Clinical Management of Dengue, Chikungunya and Zika”, promoted by the Ministry of Health, on the 26th, in an online format, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Tocantins State Department of Health invites all professionals in the Department of Public and Private Health for this update regarding the diagnosis and proper management of patients suspected of being infected with the virus.

The State Department of Health’s Arbovirus management technology, Renata Braga, is asking 139 municipalities in Tocantins to widely disseminate the event and involve doctors and nurses working in the initial, medium and high complexity stages (public and private). “With the significant increase in cases, training is essential to improve patient management and prevent exacerbations of cases and deaths,” he says.
