Hey Paris Saint-Germain appear to be getting closer to securing the signing of Joao Neves from Benfica, with negotiations expected to conclude next week.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, who specializes in transfer market topics, the French champions will pay 70 million euros to sign the Portuguese international, in a deal that is supposed to include a player as well.
