Sonae Sierra, the real estate arm of Sonae Group, and Signal Capital, a private investment and property management company, have moved forward with the development of an “innovative office concept in central Lisbon”.
República5 is a project of approximately 11,100 square meters of office space distributed over 12 floors, including 250 private parking spaces in the basement. Buildings 2 and 3 have an area of 5,000 square metres, and can accommodate one resident, given their characteristics.

Consultants CBRE and JLL are jointly responsible for marketing the project, which is the new building to be built at No. 5 Avenida da Repubblica.
